Starting this week – April 18 - May 9
Classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.
Everyone is welcome. During the classes Gen-la will explain how
to meditate and will give practical instructions on how to use meditation,
and Buddhist understanding to reduce stress and other problems
encountered in daily life. The classes run for an hour and a half and are self-contained so you can drop in any week.

Weekend Course – April 20 - 22
This weekend is for you. Put your feet up, relax, take a walk through the woods to the beach, and enjoy the World Peace Café and Shop.
A light menu of meditation and discussion will also be served for those who wish to partake.
